• The Mofizuddin Medical Centre opens its doors in Bistor in a mud house that has 2 rooms and a tin roof.
• Medical services are provided 5 days per week with 1 physician attending to patients once a week and 1 nurse on duty every day.
• Patients can receive basic treatment for a fever, the flu, diarrhea and dysentery
• Essential medical supplies such as pain killers, anti-diarrhea, antibiotics, anti-dysentery and anti-parasite medication are provided for the villagers.

2017 February 25

• The Center was upgraded from a mud house to a concrete building, housing a total of 8 rooms.
• A total of USD240,000 was raised in order to fund its construction.
• Along with the building upgrades, basic medical equipment and improved medical facilities allowed the physicians to better attend to the needs of their patients.
• 2 new physicians were recruited to join the team and began working a 1 day a week shift, which gradually increased to 2 days a week.
• The charity was renamed Mofizuddin Mazeda Medical Center.

Today

• The Center operates 6 days in a week with 1 physiotherapist and 1 nurse and 1 male and 1 female physician who attend to patients once a week.
• 1 of the rooms in the Center is also dedicated to physiotherapy equipment.
